Three Junior High Girls Golfers Advance to the 2024 IESA State Tournament

WJHS Girls Golfers, Delana Brewer - 93 (7th), Sophie Gleason - 94 (8th), and Kam Kmett - 106 (15th), all three finished in the top fifteen at the IESA sectional on Thursday, September 4 at the Lincoln Greens. The team also finished second as a team with an overall score of 401. Delana, Sophie, and Kam now advance to IESA State Tournament on Thursday, September 11 at Metamora Fields in Metamora.
Two Junior High Boys Golfers Advance to the 2025 IESA State Tournament

WJHS Boys Golfers Henry Wagoner - 81 (3rd), Mason Frontone - 84 (7th), both finished in the top ten at the IESA sectional on Wednesday, September 3 at the Lincoln Elks. The team also finished second as a team with an overall score of 351. Both Henry and Mason now advance to IESA State Tournament on Friday, September 12 at Metamora Fields in Metamora.
Junior High Golf Tryouts for Girls Moved to Tuesday, July 29 and Wednesday, July 30

Due to the forecasted heat, tryouts for the 2025 Williamsville Junior High Girls Golf Team have been adjusted to ensure the safety and well-being of our student-athletes.
Tryouts will now take place on Tuesday, July 29 and Wednesday, July 30 at the Rail starting at 1:00 pm. There will be no tryouts on Monday, July 28.

Tryout Information for the 2025 Junior High Golf Team

Tryouts for the 2024 junior high golf team will take place at The Rail Golf Course. The tryouts for boys and girls will be separated on the days listed below:
Girls: Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29
Boys: Tuesday, July 29 and Wednesday, July 30.
Tryouts will begin at 1:00 pm each day. Students who are wishing to tryout must attend both days of their specific tryout.
All players must have a current physical within the last year and complete the athletic registration process online, or they WILL NOT be able to participate in tryouts. You can access the athletic registration document at under the athletic tab at www.wcusd15.org.
If a player received an UPDATED PHYSICAL over the summer, they must bring a copy on the first day of try-outs and send a copy to Denise Bryant at bryant@wcusd15.org .
