Please join the Williamsville Sports Boosters at their three-night event this year, as they look to raise funds to help kick, spike, and tackle cancer. The funds that will be raised at these three events will go to support two local families that are currently battling cancer. These funds are in addition to those that were raised with the sale of the t-shirts at the Williamsville and Byron football game earlier this Fall.
Bullets Soccer Kick Out Cancer Night will take place on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, when the Bullets welcome the Springfield Senators to Paul Jenkins Field
Bullets Volleyball Spike Out Cancer Night will take place on Thursday, October 10, 2024, when the Bullets welcome the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans to Dave Root Court
Friday Night Lights Tackle Cancer will take place on Friday, October 18, 2024, when the Bullets welcome the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans to Paul Jenkins Field.
Shirts are available for pre-order through Monday, September 30 at 11:59 pm for all three events at the following link: https://bit.ly/4dqV8wz. For the second straight year, the Williamsville Bullets Volleyball program have partnered with Beyond the NICU at HSHS St. John’s Children Hospital for a diaper and wipe drive starting this coming week. Anyone wanting to participate can drop off diapers and wipes at Williamsville High School.
As an extra incentive to participate in this great cause, the WCUSD #15 Athletic and Activity Department will give free admission to any fan who brings diapers or wipes to Dave Root Court on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, when we welcome the Warriors of Athens High School to town.
We look forward to all our fans in the communities of Sherman and Williamsville, as well as the fans of Athens High School, to help the Bullets flood the Beyond the NICU program with these vital supplies. This is just another way to show the great Springfield community that We Won’t Back Down when it comes to making the world a better place.
If you have any additional questions on how you can participate, please contact Bullets Volleyball Head Coach, Courtney Beard at beardco@wcusd15.org.
