The Williamsville Junior High Girls Golf program had their first ever top ten finisher at the IESA State Finals after eighth grader Kinley McCue shot a an 83 to finish seventh overall. This was Kinley's third straight trip to the IESA State Finals. 

WJHS Girls Golfers Kinley McCue (6th), Sophie Gleason (10th), and Delana Brewer (15th) all finished in the top fifteen at the IESA sectional on Thursday, September 5 at Lincoln Greens. All three now advance to IESA State Tournament on Thursday, September 12 at Metamora Fields in Metamora.

Tryouts for the 2024 junior high golf team will take place at The Rail Golf Course. The tryouts for boys and girls will be separated on the days listed below:

Boys: Tuesday, July 23 and Wednesday, July 24
Girls: Monday, July 22 and Wednesday, July24.
Tryouts will begin at 1:00 pm each day. Students who are wishing to tryout must attend both days of their specific tryout.

All players must have a current physical within the last year and complete the athletic registration process online, or they WILL NOT be able to participate in tryouts. You can access the athletic registration document at under the athletic tab at www.wcusd15.org.

If a player received an UPDATED PHYSICAL over the summer, they must bring a copy on the first day of try-outs and send a copy to Sarah Weakly at weakly@wcusd15.org.
