We are excited to be beginning our twelfth season of Bullets TV and our partner, the NFHS Network, on being able to provide you streaming of home events for many of our programs across the WCUSD #15 Athletic and Activity Department. What began as only broadcasting home varsity football games in the Fall of 2013, has now expanded to all home indoor events for both WHS and WJHS, as well as all home boys’ soccer, girls’ soccer, and football games. Currently, there are 186 events scheduled to be broadcast and produced by Bullets TV this school year, with more possible if we host IHSA and IESA postseason events.

There are some events that we do not broadcast due to programs using these events as fundraisers. By not broadcasting these events, it encourages fans to attend in person and increases the revenue that our programs can raise. Currently for the 24-25 school year these include:

• All Game at the 2024 Four Corners Boys Soccer Tournament, excluding the championship (Boys Soccer Program)
• All Games at the 2024 Williamsville Boys Basketball Holiday Tournament, excluding the championship (Boys Basketball Program)
• 2025 Boys Basketball Illini Prairie/Sangamo Shootout (Illini Prairie and Sangamo Conference).

We also black out the on-demand feature of certain events after the initial broadcast to prevent other schools from using the broadcasts as scouting tools, as we want to give our programs and student-athletes the greatest competitive advantage possible. These decisions have been made by the head coaches of each program in conjunction with the athletic and activity department. Once the season is complete, these games are made available for on demand viewing. Currently for the 24-25 school year, these programs have decided to black out games:

• High School Varsity Volleyball
• High School Boys Soccer
• High School Football (once the regular season is complete, all games are blacked out)
• High School Girls Basketball
• High School Boys Basketball
• High School Girls Soccer
• Junior High Girls Basketball (7^th and 8^th Grade).

The practice of not broadcasting games during tournaments or shootouts that we host, as well as the blacking out of the on-demand feature has been in place for several seasons, and is not a new practice for the 24-25 school year.

There are also times when broadcasts become unavailable due to technical issues. If this happens, please let us know so we can resolve the issue with the NFHS Network as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your support of Bullets TV and the broadcasts that we can do through the NFHS Network. We understand that not all broadcasts are perfect, but it is a service that we are excited to provide that is meant to enhance the overall experience within our athletic and activity programs and provides students with a valuable learning experience who are part of the program. The revenue that is generated from the broadcasts that we produce is directly reinvested into the Bullets TV program to help provide a better product, as well as to help increase the broadcast potential for other programs in the athletic and activity department in the future.
