In order to keep all students, fans, and officials safe at the 2023 Bullets Football home opener, the WCUSD #15 Athletic Department, in conjunction with Porta High School, has made the decision to move the start time back to 8:00 pm on Friday, August 25, 2023, at Paul Jenkins Field. Gates will be open to fans at 7:00 pm for entry into the stadium. All seating within the stadium is general admission and will be available on a first come first serve basis when gates open. 

We will continue to monitor the weather situation and work in conjunction with both our medical staff and the officials to make any adjustments to the start of the game or play throughout the game, if necessary, based upon the IHSA Heat Policy. If changes need to be made on Friday in regard to the start of the game, we will communicate them as soon as we make a decision. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this decision and our continued efforts to provide the safest and most enjoyable experience possible for both our students and the fans in attendance at all our extra-curricular events.
