Three Bullets Girls Basketball Players Earn Sangamo All-Conference Honors

The Bullets Girls Basketball team saw three players earn Sangamo All-Conference honors for the 2025-2026 Winter season. Tori Zobus and Mia Root both earned second team honors, while Bailey Wherley earned honorable mention.
Bullets TV to Provide Admission for WHS Students to the IHSA Regional Final on 2/19

In conjunction with the WCUSD #15 Athletic and Activity Department, Bullets TV will be paying the admission fee for any WHS student that is currently enrolled at WHS so they can attend the IHSA Regional Final game on Thursday, February 19 between the Cavaliers of Carlinville High School and the Bullets at Auburn High School free of charge.
For students to gain free admission to the game, they will need to pick up a ticket in the main office at Williamsville High School before the end of the day on Thursday, February 19. The ticket they receive will then be given to the ticket taker at the admission gate at Auburn High School.
We would like to thank Bullets TV for their generosity, and hope this encourages the WHS Student Body to attend the game on Thursday. If you have any additional questions regarding this promotion, you can stop in the athletic and activity office at WHS.
Bullets Basketball Team to Play for Regional Title

The Bullets Basketball team will travel to Auburn High School on Thursday, February 19, 2026 to take on the Cavaliers of Carlinville High School for the IHSA 2A Regional Championship. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 pm with doors opening at 6:15 pm. Admission for all fans is $8.00.

Williamsville High School to Host the 2026 IHSA Girls Basketball Regional Quarterfinals

Williamsville High School is excited to be hosting the regional quarterfinal game for the 2025 2A IHSA Girls Basketball Postseason against the Riverton Hawks. The game will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 11:00 am at Dave Root Court on the campus of Williamsville High School. Admission to the game is $6.00. All seating at Dave Root Court is general admission and will be available on a first come first serve basis when doors open at 10:15 am on Saturday.
If you can’t make it to the game, you will be able to watch it live on Bullets TV on the NFHS Network. If you don’t already have a subscription, you will be able to purchase one by going to www.whsbulletstv.com so you won’t miss a moment of the action during the IHSA Postseason.
Bullets Win 2025 Carlinville Holiday Tournament

The Bullets capture the 2025 Carlinville Holiday Tournament championship by coming back from a ten point deficit in the 4th quarter to top Nokomis 50-47 in OT. Cora Senalik, Bailey Wherley, and Reese Larson earned all tournament honors.

Open gyms for the high school girls’ basketball program are currently scheduled for the following days:

All open gyms are scheduled to take place at at the location listed above from 3:30 – 5:00 pm.
All players must have a current physical within the last year and complete the athletic registration process online, or they WILL NOT be able to participate in open gyms. You can access the athletic registration document at the following link: 25-26 Athletic Registration Form
If a player received an UPDATED PHYSICAL over the summer, they must bring a copy on the first day of try-outs and send a copy to Denise Bryant at bryant@wcusd15.org.
