Three Bullets Boys Basketball Players Earn Sangamo All-Conference Honors

The Bullets Boys Basketball team saw three players earn Sangamo All-Conference honors for the 2024-2025 Winter season. Blake Shoufler earned first team honors. While Carson Doran and Brayden Sailing both earned second team honors.

The Bullets Basketball team will travel to the BOS Center in downtown Springfield on Monday, March 10, 2025 to take on the Rams of Manual High School in the IHSA 2A Super-Sectional.

Tickets are $10.00 whether you purchase them in advance or at the box office at the BOS Center.
You will also have to pay to park as well. The cost to park varies depending on which lot is accessed, but the average cost to park is $5.00

Bullets TV to Provide Admission for WHS Students to the IHSA Super-Sectional on Monday, March 10

In conjunction with the WCUSD #15 Athletic and Activity Department, the Bullets TV Broadcasting Program will be paying the admission fee for any WHS student that is currently enrolled at WHS so they can attend the IHSA Super-Sectional game on Monday, March 10, between the Rams of Manual and the Bullets at BOS Center in Springfield free of charge.
For students to gain free admission to the game, they will need to pick up a ticket in the main office on Monday at WHS. An announcement will be made to WHS students once they can begin picking up tickets.
We would like to thank Bullets TV for their generosity, and hope this encourages the WHS Student Body to attend the game on Monday. If you have any additional questions regarding this promotion, you can stop in the athletic and activity office at WHS.

Williamsville High School to Offer Fan Bus for Students to the Boys Basketball Sectional Final

Williamsville High School will be offering a fan bus for this Friday’s IHSA 2A Boys’ Basketball Sectional Final against the Trojans of Auburn High School at Greenville High School. Any student from WHS can sign up starting today, Thursday, March 6 through the end of 5th hour on Friday, March 7 in the main office. It will cost students $5.00 to ride the bus. This fee will need to be paid to the main office by the end of 5th hour on Friday, March 7. The minimum number of students that we need to sign up to take the bus is fifteen.
The bus will leave from the main entrance of WHS at 4:45 pm on Friday, March 7. If students ride the bus to the game, they will also be required to ride it back to WHS. Any additional questions regarding the fan bus can be directed to the main office at WHS.

The Bullets topped Quincy Notre Dame 55-33 to capture the 2025 IHSA 2A Regional Title on Friday, February 28 at Pittsfield High School. The is the second straight regional title, eleventh regional title in program history, and the fifth under Coach Beard.

Williamsville High School will be offering a fan bus for this Friday's IHSA 2A Boys’ Basketball Regional Final against the Raiders of Quincy Notre Dame at Pittsfield High School. Bullets Capture the Sangamo Conference Championship for the First Time Since the 18-19 Season

With a 60-48 win over Auburn on Friday, February 21, the Bullets captured the Sangamo Conference title outright for the 24-25 season. This was the first time since the 2018-2019 season the the Bullets earned the conference title. This is the tenth overall conference championship for the Bullets, and the fourth under Head Coach Nick Beard.

Williamsville High School Boys Basketball Program to Host Stand Up for Cancer Night on 1/24/25

Join the Williamsville High School Boys Basketball Program in supporting two Bullets in their fight against cancer, when we welcome the Riverton Hawks to Dave Root Court for the Sangamo Conference opener.
Williamsville High School employees Michelle Edwards and Adam Kershaw both just began their individual battles against cancer. We want to show both Michelle and Adam love and support from across the Bullet community as they begin this journey, and let them and their families know they are not alone.
The Bullets Basketball Program and the Williamsville Sports Boosters have joined together and designed t-shirts that we are asking all fans to wear to the home basketball game on Friday, January 24. Proceeds from the shirts will be given to Michelle and Adam to help offset medical expenses. 4th Annual Boys Basketball Academy

The Williamsville High School Boys Basketball Program is excited to announce our fourth Annual Bullet Basketball Academy. The academy will be open to all male students in kindergarten through fifth grade. All information regarding dates, registration, and cost can be found in the attached document.
In addition to the Academy, all participants will be admitted free of charge to the Bullets home game on December 10, 2024, at Dave Root Court vs the Sages of Monticello High School.

Williamsville Boys Basketball Program to Host Camp for Students in 2nd through 8th Grade

Coach Beard and the Williamsville Boys Basketball Program will be hosting a three-day camp starting on Wednesday, May 29 at the Williamsville Field House. The camp is open to students in second through eighth grade for the 24-25 school year. Students will be split into the following sessions:
- Session 1: 2nd – 5th Grade from 8:3010:30 am
- Session 2: 6th – 8th Grade from 10:45 am – 12:45 pm.
Parents can register their child by accessing the registration form at the link below. Cost of the camp is $60.00, and registration must be completed by no later than Wednesday, May 15, 2024.
