The Williamsville Junior High 8th Grade Volleyball Team captured the 2025 IESA 3A State Championship on Saturday, March 22, 2025 in a two set (25-15,25-19) win over Staunton in the championship game. This was the program's first eighth grade state championship.

We ask the WCUSD #15 community to come together on Friday, March 21 to help send the 8th Grade Bee Bees Volleyball Team off to Pana for the 2025 IESA State Finals.

The team will leave from the back of Williamsville Junior High School at approximately 4:15 pm before heading through Williamsville and then heading North out of town on towards I-55.

Williamsville Junior High School in conjunction with the WCUSD #15 Athletic Department, are excited to announce a fan bus for WJHS students for this Friday’s IESA 8th Grade State Volleyball game between the Bee Bees and the Panthers of Manteno Middle School at Pana High School.

Signups will take place on Tuesday, March 18 through lunch time on Friday, March 21, in the main office at WJHS. Cost for the bus is $15.00, and this will include transportation and admission to the game; money must be turned in when students sign up. Students will be responsible for their own food once they arrive at Pana High School.

The bus will leave WJHS at 5:30 pm on Friday and return at approximately 9:30 pm. Students who ride the bus to the game will be required to ride the bus back to WJHS.

The 8th Grade Volleyball Team captured the 2024 IESA 3A Sectional Title on Monday, March 17 in two set win (25-20, 25-16) over Quincy St. Peter.

The Bee Bees will now play the Panthers of Manteno Middle School in IESA 3A State Quarterfinals on Friday, March 21 at Pana High School. Start time is scheduled for 7:00 pm.

The 8th Grade Volleyball Team captured the 2025 IESA 3A Regional Title on Thursday, March 13 in three set win (17-25, 25-9, 25-19) over Tremont Middle School.

The Bee Bees will now play the Crusaders of Quincy St. Peter for the IESA 3A Sectional Title on Monday, March 17 at Riverton High School. Start time is scheduled for 6:30 pm.

The 8th Grade Bee Bees Volleyball captured the 2025 Sangamon County Tournament title with a three set win (25-9, 22-25, 25-19) over Tri-City Junior High on Monday, February 24 at Williamsville Junior High School.
