The Williamsville High School Cross Country program has a variety of open runs that are taking place throughout the 2023 Summer contact days. These workouts will begin on Monday, June 5. You can find the first week’s schedule below:
Monday, June 5: 7:00 am at Don Williams Track on the campus of Williamsville High School
Tuesday, June 6: TBD (Senior Led)
Wednesday, June 7: 7:00 am at Sherman Trail
Thursday, June 8: TBD (Senior Led)
Friday, June 9: 7:00 am at Sherman Village Park.

For the second straight season, sophomore Louisa Wilson placed third overall at the IHSA State Meet held at Detweiller Park. At the meet, she once again set a new school record, breaking the one she had set the previous year of 17:34. Her time this year was 17:27.
The boys team, competing in their first IHSA State Meet finished 15th overall as a team.

Sophomore Louisa Wilson captured the individual title at the Elmwood Sectional on Saturday, October 29, as she advances to the IHSA State Meet for the second straight year.
The Williamsville High School Boys Cross Country Team placed fifth at the sectional, and advanced to the IHSA State Meet at Detweiller Park on Saturday, November 5 for the first time in program history. The boys were lead by senior Daniel Giacomini, who finished 5th overall.

The Williamsville High School Boys Cross Country Team captured the programs first IHSA Regional Title since 2006, and the programs second title in program history. The team was lead by seniors Daniel Giacomini (3rd), Avery Glasgow (5th), and Nolan Bates (6th)
On the girls side, sophomore Louisa Wilson captured the individual title, and the girls team finished second as a team.
Both teams will compete in the Elmwood Sectional on Saturday, October 29.

The Williamsville High School Boys Cross Country Team captured their third straight Sangamo Conference Title on Tuesday, October 11 at Porta High School. The title is also the programs sixth overall on the boys side.
Sophomore Louisa Wilson also captured the 2022 Sangamo Conference Individual Title on the girls side.
